When you see the School Travel Forum logo you can have confidence that your school or youth group travel operator has passed a detailed and independent audit of their safety management processes and the quality of the educational experience.

Safety Management

We want teachers and parents to be assured that your group will enjoy a high level of safety throughout your trip or tour. As well as meeting the requirements of the LOtC Quality Badge, our members are audited each year by independent experts to ensure they continue to meet our rigorous safety management standards, financial protection requirements and fair trading policies.

ABTA Membership

Booking with a School Travel Forum member and you can be safe in the knowledge that you've booked with a reputable company.

We require our members to be members of ABTA too, this ensures your trip or tour is financially protected, giving you complete confidence.

LOtC Quality Badge

The Department for Education advises that when organising off-site educational visits, a school should use a provider that holds the LOtC Quality Badge. This is the only accreditation that covers safety management and the quality of learning provided.

Achieving the LOtC Quality Badge is an essential requirement for School Travel Forum membership.
